| Hi everyone !
I am looking for a flatmate from the first of march to the end of june because my actual flatmate is going abroad during 4 months. Maybe there will be a possibility to stay a bit longer during the summer.
The flat is not located in the center of Paris, but in Saint-Denis. It's however very easy and quick to go to the heart of the city, either with the metro (ligne 13, station Basilique St Denis ) or with the suburban train RER D (Gare de Saint Denis). You can reach Chatelet in 25 min door to door!
The flat is 72 m2, quite cool, and situated on the fifth floor (there is a lift, don't worry). It is composed by an entrance, a living room, 2 rooms, a kitchen, wc, and a bathroom with a bath. There is a washing machine, a little tv and unlimited Internet (free calls on landlines almost everywhere in the world also). You will have the biggest room, south exposed, with a nice view, and of course you will be able to fit it out as you want.
I don't want to find a flatmate just to "replace" my actual's, but because i want to share good times and have fun living together ! I am 24 years old and working in paris as a graphic designer for a Brasilian clothes brand. I want to share my flat with foreign people to improve my english (which is really bad!) and because it's always cool to meet new people. I work during the day and l like to have a good time during the evening, either at home or downtown. Indeed my friends are always welcome (and yours will be to!). I just want to precise i have a little rat living with me. She lives in a cage but we often bring her out in the living room (and only in the living room, or my flatmate would kill her!). But she really is a cool and cute rat (yes, a rat can be cute!)
The price for the flat is 1000 euros/months, plus 200 euros of charges (gas, water, electricity, taxes, lift, free wifi..) so it is 600 euros each all included. There is a possibility to share you're room (there is a big mattress, but plenty of room to add another one) if you are 2 friends (360 euros each).
